Tequila Viva Mexico Blanco is produced in honor of the ash tree, a tree native to the region. The tree gives a cool shade and fresh air, eases the intensity of the sunlight, and adorns the scenery.
All expressions are made with 100% Tequilan Weber. Agaves are aged from 7-9 years old, slow cooked in adobe ovens for 36 hours, fermented for a minimum of 200 hours, and double distilled in copper stills. It is then aged for an average of 4 months in American White Oak barrels.
Upfront vanilla & cinnamon agave. Then more flavors of fruit appear with a touch of oak to develop a complex taste. Each sip brings something new. Finishes with a wonderful medium length that captures agave, cinnamon, and pepper. Smooth & delicious.
